The USTA Boys' 18 and 16 National Championships will be held August 7-16 at Kalamazoo College's Stowe Tennis Stadium, Kalamazoo, Michigan. If you are planning to cover the event daily or during the course of the 10 days you will need press credentials. Please return this form by Thursday, August 6 to:

If you will be hauling heavy equipment
and need Stadium parking, please contact me the day before you plan
to be here and we will provide you with a special parking pass that
will be left at the Acker Lane gate.

Website Media – Stowe Stadium may not
have wireless access. A table has been set up in the Markin Racquet
Center for your use (Aug 7 - 16, 2009). Markin is located at the corner
of Academy and Catherine Streets, 1 block east of Stowe Stadium.

Press credentials can be picked up at
the Stowe Stadium Acker Lane ticket booth.
