Volunteer Info


The USTA Boys' 18 & 16 National Championships are seeking volunteers! Over 500 volunteers are the backbone to this incredible community event, donating over 20,000 hours of time each year to the tournament. Volunteers are needed for the following committees:

  • Player Registration
  • Ballrunners
  • Ticket Sales
  • Pro Shop
  • Ushers
  • Tournament Transportation
  • Tower Assistants
  • WMU Bronco Crew
  • WMU Tournament Desk
  • Office Support

To become a new volunteer for the Tournament, please complete the Registration Form.

After completing the form out Volunteer Coordinator will be in touch with you regarding next steps!

Volunteer Release & Waiver Form

All tournament volunteers are required to complete the Volunteer Release & Waiver form prior to serving as a volunteer at the Boys' Nationals. This only needs to be completed once and not every year.

Safe Play Training

Safe Play is required for all volunteers 18 and over. Please visit the Safe Play training tab (or click HERE) for instructions on how to complete the two step training by July 19, 2024. 

Old Tennis Items Wanted for Display

We are looking for older tennis-related items to display in the locked glass cases in the Fitness & Wellness Center lobby. Items will be labeled “From the Collection of” if you wish.
