Another day, another rain delay. Tuesday led to more adjustments due to weather. Thunderstorms and a tornado warning in the morning caused players and fans to shelter in locker rooms, and the rain continued throughout the day. 

Third round of 16 & under singles played, as well as the third round of 18 & under doubles. The 18 & under doubles matches were postponed to Wednesday. 

Fifth seed Ryan Cozad of Alpharetta, Georgia, fought hard against Safir Azam of Redmond, Washington. Cozad walked away victorious in three sets (6-3, 4-6, 6-4). 

Upset Alert: Notable upsets occurred in the 16 & under singles main draw. 

Adrien Abarca, a 33 seed from Chula Vista, California, defeated Arjun Prabhakar, the 11th seed from Fairfax, Virginia (6-2, 7-5).

Lixing Jiang, a 33 seed from Palo Alto, California, defeated Erik Schinnerer, the 20th seed from Lewisburg, Pennsylvania (4-6, 6-3, 6-3).

Rishvanth Krishna of Irvine, California, defeated Gurjot Singh, a 33 seed from Monroe Township, New Jersey (6-0, 6-3).
