a user's credit card will be charged after entries close and selections are made. Therefore, only players accepted into these events at the time of electronic selection are charged. Any players moving into the draw after the electronic selection process has been completed will need to arrange payment directly with the tournament director.

Tournament Alternates
Prior to the draw,(Sunday, July 28), if a player withdraws, his replacement comes from his section (Sectional Alternates). After the draw has been made, if a player withdraws, his replacement will come from the Tournament Alternate list. The Tournament Alternate list will consist of the top ten endorsed players from the most recent seeding/selection list who are not already in the tournament.
