Oudsema and Simmonds Named Top Seeds in 18 Doubles

After the juniors face the Gimelstob and Goldstein pairing in doubles, the two professionals will play an eight game pro set.

Goldstein, of Rockville MD, is returning to Kalamazoo for the first time since winning three consecutive titles in 1992, 1993 and 1994. After graduating from Stanford University, Goldstein began competing on the ATP circuit in 1998.

Prior to the opening ceremonies, tennis legend Stan Smith will host a clinic that will demonstrate techniques featured in his new book, "Winning Doubles".

Tickets are available online or at the gate.

The National City exhibition is held in conjunction with the opening ceremonies of the United States Tennis Association Boys? 18 and 16 Super National Championships. The annual exhibition will begin at 7:30 p.m. at Stowe Tennis Stadium on the campus of Kalamazoo College.
