<b><i>The Semi-Finals Are Set!</i></b>

The semi-final matches are set. The seeds held to form Friday at Stowe Stadium, setting up great match-ups for Saturday. In the 18's Division, number one seed, and defending champ, Philip King, was tested in the first set but then rolled over unseeded Geoff Boyd, 7-6, 6-2. King's opponent in the semi-finals is the hard serving Georgian, Bo Hodge. Hodge defeated Troy Hahn Friday, 6-2, 7-5. The other semi-final match is the number five seed Ytai Abougzir against second seeded Robby Ginepri. Over in the 16's, fourth seed Josh Cohen cruised over unseeded Brian Wooten 6-0, 6-1. In the semis, Cohen will face second seed Prakash Amritraj. Amritraj defeated number five seed Brian Baker in two tough sets, 7-6, 6-4. The other semi-final in the 16's had number one seed Rajeev Ram up against number eleven Mathew Cloer. Action on Saturday will also feature the doubles finals in both divisions.
