Brendan Evans and Scott Oudsema have been named top seeds in the Boys' 18 doubles competition. Evans and Oudsema have won two Junior Grand Slam doubles titles in 2004.

Vahid Mirzadeh and Phillip Simmonds are the second seeds. Mirzadeh teamed with Nick Rinks to win the 2002 Boys' 16 title in Kalamazoo. Scoville Jenkins and Mykyta Kryvonos are the third seeds and Timothy Neilly and March Spicijaric are seeded fourth. Marek Czerwinski of Birmingham MI and his partner, Maciek Sykut of Florida, are seeded fifth.
